A CAKE WITH A TWIST! NUTELLA CREPE CAKE - YUMMY

This easy recipe is perfect for breakfast or desert - it's your choice.

INGREDIENTS

125g plain flour

6 large eggs

250ml whole milk

120g double cream

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. lemon zest (opt.)

30g icing sugar (opt.)

Melted butter

Nutella (lots of nutella)

1. Place all the ingredients for your cake (except for Nutella) in a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Melt butter into a round pan on medium heat, pour in batter, quickly turning the pan so that it spreads into an even circle. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Repeat process until you have a nice , big stack of pancakes.

3. Now on a new plate begin stacking your crepes, spreading a thin layer of nutella between each one so they stick together as you pile them. Finally use whatever toppings you like: icing sugar, fresh berries or just more nutella.

4. Place cake in refigerator for 15 minutes. This step is optional but recommended.

5. Serve immidiately. Enjoy!
