UPDATE: AT LEAST 21 KILLED IN MAIDUGURI BOMB ATTACK

Witnesses have said that at least 21 people were killed in the multiple bomb attacks in the northeastern state of Maiduguri.

Rescuers and the military had said there were three separate blasts on Sunday night but locals said there were four: at a mosque and among football fans watching a televised match.

No one has come forward to claim responsibility for the attack but strong suspicions rest on Boko Haram radicalists.
