CHRIS BROWN IS A PERSON OF INTEREST IN ASSAULT CHARGE!

Seems like all the fuss is over a cellphone.

Chris Brown and his entourage are being investigated by Police in assault claims. A disgruntled woman filed for third degree assault charges, saying she was forcibly thrown off his tour bus, TMZ reported Thursday.

The alleged incident occurred while Brown was filming a music video at a strip club in Denver, Colorado, with rappers French Montana and Fetty Wap. The woman says she was thrown off Brown's tour bus because she refused to give up her phone. Brown and his entourage have a 'no cell phone' policy to prevent secret photos or video being recorded, TMZ reports.

In her assault claim, the woman says she was physically tossed off the bus, and that her cell phone was broken in the scuffle.

A strip club's surveillance video shows the blonde woman leaving the bus. She appears to run across the street, and then comes back to the bus, gesturing as she appears argue with someone.Her cell phone then flies through the air, and she moves over to pick it up, before walking across the street again to retrieve some other items.
