BUS EXPLODES IN CAPE TOWN

A murder and attempted murder investigation has now been launched into a Cape Town Bus explosion.
Three petrol bombs were thrown at the double-decker Intercape bus on tuesday night leaving Two for dead and 32 others injured. Amongst the injured, four people were rushed to the hospital while 28 others sustained minor to moderate injuries including smoke inhalation and burns.
Police have since opened a case of murder and attempted murder following the attack. The City of Cape Town Mayoral Committee Member for Safety and Security, JP Smith, said the motive of the attack are still unknown.
